The vast majority of our immigrant ancestors were forced to leave their beloved Ireland so that those left behind could better cope with the horrendous social and economic conditions imposed upon them. This they did by abandoning all they knew and loved to start a new life in countries free from such oppression. What better way to thank them and acknowledge their sacrifices, then for we, their descendants, to unite our Sept once again from all quarters of the world? The tyrants of centuries past might have stolen our land and scattered us, but they never managed to steal our IRISH IDENTITY, and the great pride we take in the accomplishments of our forebearers.
