Set-Up Instructions: Managing Vmail Accounts
The following instructions give basic information for customers who have Vmail (virtual mail) service with Tellurian Networks to manage the email accounts for their domain. NOTE: Anywhere you see "domain.com" used in these instructions, substitute your domain name.
Logging into Mailsite Console:
- Use your web browser to go to http://webmail.tellurian.com/ and click the link for Corporate Webmail

- Under the login area, click the link for "Manage Your Virtual Mail Accounts".

- You will now see a gray login box. For "Mailbox," enter postmaster@domain.com, substituting your domain name for domain.com For password, enter the password you chose when we setup your account.

You are now logged into Mailsite Console and ready to manage your domain.
- To log off, click "Log Off."
Creating a New Mailbox:
- Log in to Mailsite Console. After logging in, you will see the following screen:

- Click the Mailboxes tab. You will see the following screen.

- To add a mailbox, type the name you would like for the mailbox, and click "Add." "Mailbox Type" should always be set to "Registry Mailbox."

- You will see the following scren confirming the addition:

- Click on "Edit Mailbox: something@domain.com" (In this case, "Edit Mailbox: jross@domain.com) This will bring you to the mailbox properties.

- At this screen, we highly recommend entering a password. You can fill in as much or as little of the other information as you like.

- When you are finished, click Apply. A report will appear confirming your changes.

- Click "Edit Domain: domain.com" to return to the mailbox list. You will notice your newly created mailbox is now in the list.

Editing a Mailbox's Properties:
- Log in to Mailsite Console. After logging in, you will see the following screen:

- Click the Mailboxes tab. You will see the following screen.

- Highlight the mailbox you wish to make changes to, and click "Edit." This will bring you to the mailbox properties.

- Add, remove, or change any information necessary.
- When you are finished, click Apply. A report will appear confirming your changes.

Deleting a Mailbox:
- Log in to Mailsite Console. After logging in, you will see the following screen:

- Click the Mailboxes tab. You will see the following screen.

- Highlight the mailbox you wish to remove, and click Delete. (In this case, we will delete jross)
- You will see the following screen asking you to confirm. Click "OK."

- You will see the following screen confirming the deletion.

- Click "Edit Domain: domain.com" to return to the mailbox list.
