QUESTION:

How can I reinstall the Tellurian Networks Dialer from my Tellurian Setup CD?

POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):

1. Insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive.

2. Click "Start," choose "Run..." and type:

   d:\win32\en\telluria.exe (If your CD-ROM drive is not D:, please substitute with the correct letter.)

   Then click "OK"

3. A screen will appear and ask "Do you wish to install Tellurian Networks?" Click "Yes".

4. You will see the User Agreement. Click "Yes" to agree with the terms.

5. The Tellurian Networks dialer will appear on your screen. Enter your username and password in the appropriate spaces.

6. Click "Properties".

7. Click on the "Phone Book" button.

8. Select Country or Region, "United States of America".

9. Select your State or Province from the drop down menu.

10. Click to highlight the access number that is local to you. If you have two access numbers that are local to you, you can add a backup number by clicking on the second "Phone Book" button and following the same procedure.

11. Uncheck "Use dialing Rules" under the access number(s).

12. Click "OK".

13. Click "Connect" to begin connecting.
